What data we collect
When you submit the Apply for Access form, we collect: your name, email address, and company name (optional).
Why we collect it
To notify you about early access to the Trade0Carbon exchange platform. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You opted in explicitly via the form checkbox.
Who we share it with
No one. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
Until the platform launches and for six months thereafter, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@trade0carbon.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data security
Data is stored on UK-based servers, encrypted at rest, and access-controlled. We do not store raw IP addresses.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
